• Before moving to the Outer Banks and getting her Real Estate Broker’s license Kiirsten spent time in a sales management career in digital document services for the litigation, architectural & engineering markets. She later turned her professional focus to the Disaster Recovery and Off-site Data Protection industry working as an Account Manager for the publicly-held global Iron Mountain OSDP Division where she represented an impressive base of business in state of Virginia. Servicing & maintaining some of the company’s largest US-based accounts such as the the Federal Reserve, Dominion Power, Bank of America, Capital One, and many Fortune 500 companies. This gives her 25+ years of sales and marketing experience which has benefited her real estate clients in marketing the sale of their properties.
• Kiirsten has an entrepreneurial spirit and formerly launched and operated Many Hats Property Management and Concierge Services as well as OBX Island Childcare, the still successful premiere, professional babysitting service on the Outer Banks which she sold in 2015.

  • A member of ‘Outer Banks Giving for Good’ local fundraising group
  • One of Kiirsten’s many goals is to launch a self-respect/awareness group for teenaged girls. She enjoys chaperoning school field trips, helping fundraise for the community’s schools and helping in classes. Her husband coaches baseball in various leagues at various levels and is involved in mentoring the community’s youth.
  • Assists in various fundraising events throughout the community, donates time to the local schools and athletic leagues.
