The OBX market is crazy, and you need an EXPERT to help navigate it and keep you from making a BIG mistake by buying the wrong property at the wrong price. Will Gregg is such an expert. After many many many many showings Will found us a gem that was perfect for our needs. He was available anytime we needed him and gave us virtual walk-thrus via FaceTime when we weren’t able to be there in person. We trusted Will so much that we negotiated a contract on our beach house without ever stepping foot in it, and we have no regrets! We found our dream home and put in an offer, but in this crazy market, we didn’t think we would actually get it. However, with his local connections and amazing negotiation skills, Will got us our house! We interviewed a number of real estate people in the Outer Banks when we decided to sell our house in Manteo. We chose Heather VanderMyde at Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty with Will Gregg as our listing agent. They were head-and-shoulders above the others that we talked to. Will saw our property and immediately zeroed in on its best selling points and helped throughout the process with great advice, patience and attentiveness. We were out of town during the sales period and Will went by every single week and did a walk-through, made sure the place was clean, and even sent us pictures of the flowers in bloom and general condition of the house. Heather was right there anytime we had a question Will couldn’t answer and she sent us weekly updates on the status of the market in Manteo. The house sold in six weeks at 96% of the listing price, and I think everyone walked away happy (unusual in our experience selling 6 previous houses)! Will and Heather make a great team.
